Ben Young supports Laps4MD in MotoAmerica Racing Series

Awesome news! I am so happy to announce Ben Young's continued support of Laps for Muscular Dystrophy in 2015. It was on September 29, 2014 when Ben first joined in support of the efforts of Laps 4 MD helping to conclude Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Month. If you are unfamiliar with the efforts of Laps 4 MD it is a professional network of racers donating $1 from every lap they lead in support of Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

Muscular Dystrophy Canada supports people affected by muscular dystrophy and related muscle diseases. Together, these rare conditions are referred to as “neuromuscular disorders.” Neuromuscular disorders are a group of diseases that weaken the body’s muscles.

Ben Young races in the MotoAmerica which is a professional motorcycle road racing series sanctioned by the AMA and FIM and supported by Dorna. In 2015 Ben says; "I’m delighted to be racing back in North America in the new MotoAmerica series with RoadRace Factory in the 600cc Supersport Championship." Young join's Laps 4 MD racer NASCAR Canadian Tires Series driver Joey McColm, Formula 1200 Series driver Matt Garwood and Canadian Auto Dirt Track Racer Shelby Mills who are returning supporters of Laps 4 MD in 2015.

Ben says; “Its an honour to help support Laps 4 MD and their efforts to help make a difference in the lives of over 50,000 Canadians affected by neuromuscular disorders.”

I encourage you to join Ben Young on Twitter @bcyoung86, and on Facebook:

I am so thankful for Ben's support of Laps 4 MD, helping us to make a difference in the lives of Canadian's affected by Muscular Dystrophy.
