Shelby Mills supports Laps for Muscular Dystrophy

The My Becker's Story blog is happy to announce that Shelby Mills, the first driver to join Laps for Muscular Dystrophy in 2014 is back supporting our efforts in 2015. Laps for Muscular Dystrophy is a network of professional racers donating $1 from every lap they lead to help Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

Shelby Mills is 23 years old and her home track is Brighton Speedway located in Brighton Ontario, Canada. She started racing when she was 17 years old in the stinger division and moved up into the comp4 class in 2012. Shelby's rookie year of comp4 was very challenging and she learned a lot, finishing in 12th place out of over 30 drivers. In her second year of comp4 she became team mates with Justin Ramsay and had a much better year. Shelby won 2 features and various heat races. This time finishing 6th among over 30 drivers. She was also the recipient of the Most Gentle Person Award and the Triple Crown series race winner. Through the 2015 race season Shelby will be donating $1 per lap led to Muscular Dystrophy Canada. We are so thankful for Shelby's continued support and we encourage you to follow Shelby Mills on Twitter at @Shelbs78 today!
