Did you know? Muscular Dystrophy has been the #1 charity for Fire Departments since 1954. All across North America Firefighters are involved in supporting Muscular Dystrophy research. In Canada Muscular Dystrophy has become a National Organization supported by more than 600 Fire Departments and Associations. In North America the partnership between Fire Departments and Muscular Dystrophy is one of the longest standing traditions in the Fire Service. A tradition that has meant a lot to so many people including myself and others who have been affected by Muscular Dystrophy across Canada & the United States.
