These days I am starting to wish my kitchen was little bit more user friendly, then I would be able to start cooking alot more. The only good thing my kitchen has going for it right now is the dishwasher, I don't know how anyone could live without one. But when it comes to my fridge and stove I need an upgrade.
One of my biggest problems right now is when I am cooking something and I need to use the oven. It has simply become a painful task when ever I have to lift heavy casserole dishes out of the oven or even w
orse when I use that heavy pampered chef stoneware to cook something on. When it comes down to it what bugs me the most is having to ask for help getting things out of the oven. What I really wish I had was a wall oven then I'd be cooking without a problem since the oven would be more level with the counter, it's just if my kitchen was set up better then I could use it more.Lately I've really been wishing that I had a new fridge maybe one of those side-by-side fridges. But currently all I have one of those top freezer fridges and if I ever need to get something from the bottom sh
elf I have trouble getting at it without falling over. To me these side-by-side fridges are a great design, and most people with disabilities would benefit from owning one, but again like the wall ovens there expensive. Some days I wish it was easier winning the lottery, that way life would be much easier, I could have everything I need to make my life easy, a custom home with no stairs a kitchen set up to suit my needs, raised outlets through out, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower etc. Now I am sure I'm not the only one out there who needs a new kitchen and sure wall ovens and side-by-side fridges are expensive, I just wish they were more popular, then maybe the price would come down. But for now I guess I will have to be happy with what I have.

Wall ovens are great but they take up extra space and the cost is twice what it is for a range , if those two aren't factors most people would put them in , I sure would cha ching
